Especially in Bixby Park, near her home, she is out helping wherever she can, whether that means personally leading trash pick ups as president of Friends of Bixby Park, helping activate the park with events, helping deal with the homelessness crisis—connecting the unhoused to services and nonprofits—or calling law enforcement when there is a dangerous situation.
